A Note From Morgan

As someone who loves a good, challenging workout, I felt there was a void in mat workouts that were low-impact but also designed to help you intentionally and strategically build strength. I created the Move with MoJo method after years of training and teaching. As a self-proclaimed anatomy and kinesiology nerd, I wanted to combine science with my real-life client experiences to create something that I felt was missing in the fitness space. Move with MoJo was born with one goal in mind: to help clients achieve results and have fun doing it.

Hi, I’m Morgan

My passion for fitness and wellness started at a young age as an aspiring athlete. I played many sports growing up, and I loved how each sport gave me the chance to push myself physically. After college, my love of sports turned into a love for fitness. I dove head first into the group fitness world while living in NYC and tried SO many different forms of exercise and worked with many different coaches, carefully considering what I liked and didn’t like about each.

Fast forward to when I decided to take the leap and become an instructor. I started my teaching journey as a Lagree Fitness instructor. Eventually, Lagree led me to Pilates, the OG core-focused, low-impact workout, and I was hooked! I pursued my Pilates certification and have been teaching hundreds of clients around LA ever since. I’ve had the pleasure of training a variety of clients—from seniors and pre/post-natal women to professional athletes. I pride myself on my ability to create energizing and creative routines for all ages, body types, and fitness levels.

In addition to helping clients find joy through movement, I’m also passionate about helping aspiring instructors on their own path to becoming Pilates teachers. There are many lessons I learned along the way to certification and teaching (the hard way), and I want to provide space and community to share that knowledge with new and aspiring instructors. I offer 1:1 instructor coaching services, perfect for anyone considering or just getting started as a Pilates instructor.

  • Yes, any service can be bundled for a discounted rate. Please reach out with the number of classes you are interested in and I will be happy to share the package rate.

  • The best part about private Move with MoJo sessions is that they are customized to you and what equipment you have access to! On your intake form you will be able to note if your prefer for the sessions to be body weight only (no equipment) or utilizing any of the equipment you have at home! The only requirement is access to Zoom and a comfortable mat.

  • Yes, I am trained and have experience in teaching Pre and Post Natal clients. Please make a note on your intake form and I will be able to create a safe program for you.

  • Yes! Virtual Private sessions can be done for groups of any size.

  • Booking sessions in LA can be done via this link. Sessions will take place at a Studio in West LA.
